The Second Vice Chair is responsible for the IWCA Cultural Program. Duties include coordinating the monthly cultural activities, through which funds are raised to support charitable programs chosen by the Board. Currently, the funds go towards the IWC Scholarship Program. The Second Vice Chair oversees the scholarship committee and acts as liaison between the scholarship recipients and the British Council. |

I am very happy to be joining the IWC Board as Second Vice Chair. My main responsibility will be the IWC Website and in this respect I hope you will give me feedback and ideas on the Website. I am from Denmark, where I finished my Master Degree in Business and Marketing in 1999. I worked for 6 years with different areas of Marketing in Denmark, the US and the UK. In 2005 I followed my husband to China, where we lived for 2 years. We came to Budapest with our 2 daughters (now 2 and 3½ years old) last summer, and since then I have really been enjoying the life in Hungary. Feel free to contact me with any input on the Website. |
